Two thoughts. 1) you sound very reasonable in that interview. 2) I found time-restricted eating (16:8) to be the easiest diet ever. Plus I save money by skipping breakfast. Maybe a pound a week. Did I mention I save money? No glucose during that 16-hour period. I eat pretty much what I want during the 8 hour "feeding" period.
