Vitamin C (if you don't live in the middle of a citrus grove, like I used to) and Cod Liver Oil (winter) PLUS the EOs I use in place of CBD, though CBD oils are great too.
I've never really drunk whiskey, but love a good tequila and what's better than a hot lemon toddy with maybe an Armagnac instead of straight whiskey if you start feeling puny?

I was alerted to the MAHA voting site the second day it existed. I don't know about the whole thing....I don't like being skeptical, and I'm not naturally cynical, but it looks and feels more like a popularity contest?

So I haven't nominated the three most honest "health" people I know of.
It would probably go to my head to be there. But that's me.

I wonder if you or anyone else has views about the healing/detoxing methods of DrJoeDispenza.com and his team; i.e., energies from beyond the physical realm which alter our realities in the physical realm - in good ways - or (sadly mostly) bad ways when we live in the past and this then determines our future? Mind makes matter, not vice versa. Everything is vibrating - pure consciousness is the energy field - it's a measurable aura around each of us - and so our mind-power can channel this energy to alter our cellular composition. Meditation is central in the Dispenza methods, while prayer and faith and other ancient wisdoms such as shamanism offer effective approaches too.

There is nothing wrong with Jessica, that's not issue nor even the main point, nor do I even have have any beef with. She just doesn't acknowledge or engage with me, as if I do not exist. If she wants to mail in a quick dump & pump analysis on VAERS or on lots and it's not on point, I'll say something. It's up to her wether she wants to defend rebuttal or show me where I got it wrong? In the very end who "you" vote for has nothing to do me, but I am intrigued now what is that you are voting for? Is It the data, the character, the personality, the delivery? Voted as in nominated Sasha and Jessica for a Trump position? Is there a position that Sasha and Jessica are running for? I'd probably vote for them too...
