Wow that’s shocking! I think you going through the VAERS process video was one of the first ones I saw from you and it was eye opening to the hurdles they make you jump through and the difficulty in lodging an adverse reaction. Thank you for continually fighting the good fight 😊🙏

I have become very cynical about authorities over these last few years. I also don't know a huge amount about American law so please forgive me if I am wandering down the garden path here. I do know that there are quite severe penalties for submitting a false report.

Could it be that your work has been noticed? Good that you have copies of your original submission. Keeping a copy or two in a secure separate location might be worth thinking about. Again, apologies if I've got the wrong end of the stick. All the best from NZ

Stunning that they would update the record with conditions and symptoms your uncle didn't even have! HOW would they know!?

WHO are these people?

As Markker commented, "Not fit for purpose".

And we know it's by design.

From my experience in school systems, the teachers who actually want to teach, and care about the students, are often weeded out by the bureaucracy and/or burned out by being over worked.

We just witnessed the biggest purge of doctors and nurses around the world in history, who might actually have been decent medical providers.

It seems to be like this in all human organizations - to some extent.......but VAERS is, and I'm supposing, always has been ridiculous as any true metric of "safety". Like the supposed detailed, careful records kept of medical experimentation and torture on concentration camp residents. What the hell for?

Insanity.

Did the functionality of VAERS seem to be much different when you were in the position of being an auditor Albert?

If the system was working as it should, they would be the ones to retrieve records, not the reporter. Once received, you be advised that they will now make an assessment and advise in due course, with a "if you've not heard back from us by x date, get in touch". The fact you only just received med. records request after 3 years, shows not fit for purpose. I am thinking they may delete the report if no med. records to support it. UK Yellow Card submitters in same boat. They, VAERS, should be fined for falsifying records! What have they been doing for the last 3 years? You'd have thought some team would be quickly scrutinising daily reports and sorting them on immediate action for hospitalisations. I hope your Uncle is doing ok now.

If this happened in Mexico, people would say it's typically Mexican, and it's a failed state anyway. Just because we have sold out to 'legal´ drug cartels, does not make it any better.

Wow, what an unlikely tale for a mild mannered paperwork guru to land in the center of this Davey and Goliath show down.. hope a smart lawyer can weigh in on forcing them to issue a court order so the originals are entered into evidence.. please give us the smoking gun stinks like week old fish!

That's crazy since I got one too for my Mom's report. Are they cleaning up their Act? OR just going through the process.

I remember reading somewhere in the early days of Cov19 that VAERS is a small organization with about 70 people, including so-called administrative staff.

Would a competent doctor who wants to study viruses and mRNA work at such an institution? This means that the CDC and FDA established to "pretend" to be focused on public health safety.
