People can use it to get to the 49ers stadium or even use a connector and get to SF Giants Stadium. San Jose is not that big at all, so that homeless area is about 10-15mins down the road, no freeway required.

When she looked around and asked who I was, they said oh that's Tina's son, she just clamed up and put her head down. I wish I had that part on video, it all happened so quick within about 10 seconds of me shutting the video off...
