I agree with Del that mandates are very real. I also agree with Del that it is necessary for everyone to know there are exemptions to things like mask and vaccine mandates.
I noticed here in TX that Governor Abbott never made the exemptions to his mask mandate clear to people, local governments, law enforcement or businesses. He refused to enforce the exemption part of his mandate. This resulted in untold harm to many people to include verbal abuse, physical violence and refusal of needed services along with arrests and fines.
Regarding vaccine mandates, people have paid with their livelihood, heath and lives for being unable to fight back against employer/university and state/Federal mandates. Mandates are criminal and must never be allowed again.
I do not agree with using a strategy of subterfuge (the trojan horse) to convince legislators that mandates are wrong. The evidence of their illegality and harm do not depend on a legislator being for or against "vaccines". We should always approach people with integrity and honesty. We can explain our position.
Legislators are besieged by lobbyists who can see right through a trojan horse. Use of subterfuge is not going to get past pharma lobbyists and it creates a loss of trust in our side as the other side can easily see through this ruse. Trust is created by being trustworthy and it is the only way to go.
Now I would like to address the bill itself. First, the FDA is known to be a revolving door with big Pharma. Only today, I received ICAN's e-mail documenting the close connection with big Pharma and the CDC. These agencies are both corrupt. This corruption is getting worse, not better. Therefore, if the FDA says a product is "safe" there is no reason to believe them.
When the FDA conducts "research", we know that the companies and the government lie about that research (see Brook Jackson who lost her job for reporting the fraud she saw to the FDA). The companies and the government have submitted false and incomplete information about the covid injectibles. The FDA knew the side effects of the "vaccines" before the EUA and still told the public they were, "safe". This isn't speculation. We know this from their own documents.
Further, this bill only asks for one year of safety testing. In one year we cannot know the effects on pregnant women or on their offspring's later years. We cannot know what will happen to anyone as a one year time period provides short term data only. (See the many variants of effects from the covid shots as time goes by!)
This bill will not and cannot end FDA and scientific corruption. It cannot determine safety. For my own part there are no circumstances that I accept a product being mandated on any person. This is unconstitutional and it actually constitutes a crime against humanity.
Make companies liable for harm. Yes, force them and the FDA to disclose ingredients and side? effects. But making companies pay damages and forcing disclosure will never bring back the lost job, the lost health or the lost life which any mandate will bring about.
I don't trust Dell or Siri. Never have, never will. That doesn't mean I don't think they've done good work (they certainly have) but they do things, such as promote a "vaccine confidence bill" which is not and cannot be about medical freedom.
Anyone who has decided to stop fighting the mandates, and instead merely ask for more (fraudulent) information and/or assurances of safety, and/or better access to information about exemptions (which can ALWAYS be denied anyway) is not on the right side of history on any of this.
