Great analysis, Albert. It further underlines basic questions about how VAERS operates. I think a large survey of people who've reported to VAERS (much larger than the React19 survey you were involved with) might shed further light on why some reports are never published. It'd only need to have a handful of questions. Kirsch's followers would seem to be a good source -- do you think he'd help with this?

I don't talk to Steve regularly, quite frankly I'm disappointed he hasn't really platformed me nor give me the credit my work deserves. I've said before I have quite a few temp and perm ID#'s across a good section of time. I'm using my resources and probably a family member that is willing to file a new report. This will be important to me in that I will have that benchmark and live current correlation of Temp ID to Perm ID#. I would love to get some help from Kirsch, but other people will need to testify to him on my behalf. Funny how that works... God Bless. I'm surprised we haven't identified more people complaining about not having a finalized report? Working with react19.org my personal take away for me personally was the amount of people that said they filed a report and produced their temp id#. They actually assumed their temp id# was their perm ID#, and in actuality they have never seen their actual report in the VAERS system. Still yet their were others that signed up with Vsafe and just assumed that was VAERS. The real question to tease out of these vax injured who have filed reports is to ask, "have you officially seen your report in the VAERS system?" and/or at least know what your perm ID# is? This bucket of people is what emerged in our react19 audit. When Bri started the audit she was concerned about some of the deleted reports and wanting to analyze by symptoms, like how many had myocarditis, neuro, etc... It wasn't until we started that we realized people only had their temp id# but not their perm ID#. People were actually saying their is another patient in their ID# on VAERS? This was because the temp and perm ID# follow the same numeric structure. That alone is totally lame and probably by intelligent evil design.

Thank you for wrestling with this. It must be maddening.

My own consternation: I’m seeing lot numbers differ on the original paper card versus an electronic version provided by my PCP (a member of a large international hospital organization). And differ in VAERS.

The original lot numbers for my first two shots were EL9273 and EN62W. These were handwritten on a paper version of a record card at the mass vaccination site back when vaccines were first available.

I found out about the howbadismybatch.com site 13 April 2023. I was able to look up the AEs using these numbers then. There were few AEs listed for these lots, but the lots for my third and fourth shots had a significant number, more for the fourth.

In mid-May 2023 I looked up my lot numbers again to show my spouse how to look up his. (Background: He and I both were in the first target groups; he has had a cascade of health challenges that started before COVID was a ‘thing,’ but he has had reactions to other vaccines so stopped; I continued as his support system.) I no longer found the first two lot numbers.

In July 2023 I found the electronic version of my vaccination card in my portal (hadn’t needed to access the portal since July 2022). It listed different numbers for the first two shots: EL9262 for the first and EN6200 for the second. The AE profiles for these were in the system—but the number of AEs were no longer negligible.

I am lucky that all I experienced was persistent dragginess, except for feeling every past bone break and soft tissue injury after the 3rd shot (with a flu shot at the same time because of continuing semi-lockdown limited access to health services at the time)—never again and no more COVIDshots. I had started taking general health support supplements (OTC things). As of April 2023 I’m taking supplements based on the post-vax protocol at FLCCC and feeling better, but I wish I had known the whole AE picture sooner.

The lot numbers for the third and fourth shots have been consistent.

I’m left wondering why the first two lot numbers were different between April and May.

I can’t imagine how to wrangle the whole of VAERS if lot numbers are as squirrely as mine.

Re “design “ I don’t know, but it would be nice to know what the method is.

Dr. Malone commented in a discussion with Steve Kirsch and another that data processing was not reported as smooth by his contacts in government. Given the number of reports, that seems led understandable.

I decided to just search on vaccine data system patents.

Google patents responded with a patent https://patents.google.com/patent/CA2650584A1/en

searching on the application 11/255161 at the US Patent office site ( link below) gave more history ranging from 2005 to 2021 in the U.S.

https://ppubs.uspto.gov/pubwebapp/static/pages/ppubsbasic.html

You may notice that the patents alternate, roughly, in subject. The whole file for the more recent patent applications is many, many (hundreds of) pages (timed out for me when I tried to load), but there is a link to a thumbnail of the first page at each patent app.

I later found more non-thumbnail summaries of the patent status in Justia (scroll down below).

You may find the applications helpful re design, or not. I am not a DBA, and I couldn’t get the files to load on a non-laptop device, but the thumbnails gave me some hope that they may help re what the design does.

* Automated systems and methods for obtaining, storing, processing and utilizing immunologic information of an individual or population for various uses

Patent number: 10964415
Abstract: A system and method for assessing the immunological status of one or more individuals in a patient population is presented. The method includes establishing a database comprising a plurality of records of information each representative of the immune status of an individual in the population, each of said records including (1) current information from one or more assays for the presence of a biochemical, and (2) individual specific information comprising one or more of said individual's medical history, said individual's doctors' observations and historical, demographic, lifestyle, and familial information relating to said individual. The method further includes processing the information in said database to find trends or patterns relating to the immune status of individuals in said patient population; and using the said trends or patterns as part of a health care related decision making process.

* Systems and

for obtaining, storing, processing and utilizing immunologic and other information of individuals and populations

Patent number: 8234129
Abstract: A system and method for assessing immunological status of individuals and populations is presented. The method includes establishing a database containing a plurality of records, each record containing information representative of the immune status of an individual, including (1) bioassay results, and (2) individual specific information such as, medical history, clinical observations and historical, demographic, lifestyle, and familial/genetic information. By processing the information trends and/or patterns are obtained correlating various variables in the records across an individual, population or sub-population. The identified trends and/or patterns can, for example, be used in health care related decision making. In exemplary embodiments such processing can include generating a set of correlations and for each correlation generating a set of explanatory or relevant hypotheses. Then, for example, each hypothesis can be automatically refuted or supported, to the extent possible.
