This has to be a concern, either that fundamental information has been left out incidentally or deliberately concealed. This remaining record actually did though arrive first.
I found what I think is a bare bones impression of this left in the MHRA iDAP's. They don't provide individual records and actually seek to hide details such that any artifacts which may arise which are limited to between 1 and 4 cases (dependent on the search filters applied), are replaced with a chevron. They site privacy concerns. To an extent this can be gotten around and it seems her age is between 40 and 49.
What this report is, is quite likely the very first UK COVID shot death report originating from pharma industry (according to the iDAP filters) and prob the 1st overseas. I think that's about it - the
Eu-ec code looks very rare, only found a handful of those lying around. Haven't got any replies from Cheryl Grainger yet but hopeful!
Interesting phrase in the deleted report: "pharmacist and three consumers reported..." Based on the victims medication history. She was a "dead man walking" heart problem person. She might have dropped dead in the pharmacy quickly after the shot! Probably on the chair she was sitting on to get the depop shot. The deleted report seems to have originated from the hospital based on the knowledge of victims medication history. The 1st initial report probaly was submitted by the pharmacy aka the crime scene.

Sadly the second report "deleted" report always has a little more details in it as they are "follow-ups" as opposed to a true dup like the hospital and/or the family filed the same initial report. I actually have developed a section within my Deleted Reports Dashboard that will highlight what the "live matching" report ID# is for reports deleted as duplicates are known. I've been searching for a person to code and basically do a dynamic Python Probability conditional matching algo that would go through and VAERS and my deleted deleted database to find the matches! That's huge!! VAERS is definitely deleting legitimate reports that should be deleted.

Finding deleted VAERS reports on the Pfizer shot - on people enrolled in the trial - might be a very useful piece of information.
