Patient 74286 is obviously born in 1994 but someone probably read a handwritten 9 as a 4 when entering it in the computer system. That's my guess. I agree that it should be easy.doable to clean this stuff up.

Yes and considering how long those records had been sitting there prior to Barry capturing them, why had not the administrators identified and fixed these type of clerical errors? Beyond that, I'm always harping on data modeling (cleansing) especially with these pharmacovigilance clowns like VAERS and now MOH. They want to keep things obfuscated by intelligent evil design. This is why I get frustrated with all these PhD "dump & pumpers". They simply dump and start analyzing and it seems that's exactly what Mr. Global is wanting? Not that it matters here because of pseudo lot#s but there are many lot#'s in this data with multiple flavors of vaccine type. An example would be like saying lot# 108 here half the mrn id#'s say it's a pediatric dose, while the other half say it's an adult dose... Just like in VAERS where they say the manufacturer is Pfizer but with a Moderna lot#? At least I can fix those in VAERS and switch the manu from Pfizer to Moderna. This is the precise reason my "How bad is your batch" aka "how toxic is your lot" is way better than Craig Paardekooper's. He's the Godfather, God Bless him, but he doesn't have the best site for all the details of a particular lot#. But yes, lots of little errors that would probably be worth fixing and would be more helpful in the end.
