NCVIA of 1986 - Some BS In The Untold Story That Needs To Be Addressed.

I’ve been wanting to talk about this for a few weeks now, but I didn’t know how best to present all the facts stated in Highwire’s 353 episode? One big revelation for me was that President Ronald Reagan was all in on “no lawsuits” and liability protection for big pharma seemingly from the onset of what was to become the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act of 1986.

I found it interesting that it was news to Del Bigtree about Reagan being on the side of “no lawsuits”. The story that we are fed or that we now imagine is that Reagan was faced with this vaccine dilemma with the manufacturers threatening to leave the market unless the government could do something with all the lawsuits piling up? Barbara Loe Fisher being to this day basically “pro vaccine” is not new to me but it is revealing and disappointing to me to see it in her own words. It’s really curious, she is basically like Bobby Kennedy Jr and his word salad, “I’m not anti-vaxx, I’m pro safe vaccine…”. I call it utopianism.

Let start with these couple points in the long 2hr video with Barbara explaining her stance and sentiments during this real life big pharma choreographed saga:

In this two and half minute clip we learn Barbara’s son got his severe reaction in 1980 on his 4th DTP shot and Polio shot. Barbara’s son also had a local “reaction” on his 3rd DTP shot almost 2yr prior when he was only 7 months old. I’m not quite sure of the schedule but it does seem like there was a lapse in time between the 3rd and 4th shot. Of course the documentary DPT Vaccine Roulette didn’t come out until 1982 as clearly seen on time stamp of thumbnail. Keep in mind Barbara comes from a medical family.

In this next one minute important clip some very important names appear in this creation story, plus the first time in this documentary Barbara effectively says she is “pro-vaccine” by wanting a safer Pertussis vax.

Ms. Barbara moves fast! By April of 1982 she helped form Dissatisfied Parents Together (DPT) together with Kathy Williams and Jeff Schwartz an environmental law attorney who had contacts with Edward Kennedy and others. I wonder if Jeff Schwartz knew RFKjr at the time? I guess that’s neither here nor there just interesting…

In this next clip, Ms. Barbara admits her son has never had another vaccine. Her word phrasing is a bit confusing because she also says he never had another DPT vaccine?

I’m in a bad spot here because of my dilemma in thinking? Just based on watching this episode 353 a dozen times I don’t think Ms. Barbara gave her kid another vaccine, not just another DPT vaccine? If this is the case and she is pro vaccine but not for her son, then that doesn’t seem quite right? If her son did since get some more vaccines under her guardianship I would think that’s foolish, but that’s her prerogative. Maybe I’ve been anti-vaxx for a long time and my thinking is bias, and it’s reasonable for adults to believe in vaccines like I believe in Jesus, even after your own child’s vaccine injury?

In this next 7min clip pay attention to the timeline, Ronald Reagan’s position and Del’s understanding of Reagan’s position pre this interview?

Apparently it is news for Del and myself that Reagan wanted “no lawsuits” to protect the vaccine supply? That’s huge, I always seemed to think Regan’s arm was being twisted but he was actually acting like a big pharma puppet in my opinion. Del and Barbara’s laugh about the swine flu hoax was a little bit to hardy if you ask me, I’m not laughing.

Another bombshell is that Ms. Barbara was invited to the table and fight for “rights” if they want, but congress is going to pass this legislation with or WITHOUT her! That says a lot in Ms. Barbara’s own explanation. Barbara and her little group was just the selected hood ornament for this choreographed 1986 ACT. Unreal.

In this minute clip Barbara exposes the manufactured vaccine shortage and growing whooping cough epidemic because of it.

Ms. Barbara in this very important two minute clip exposes the whooping cough epidemic being blamed on shortage when in reality it’s vaccine injury aka ineffective aka breakthrough aka this doggie doo-doo vaccine is actually causing the whooping cough!

Can you see folks this same script is about to be played again on us today? This time in 2024 they are beginning to say that because of anemic uptake there is not enough vaccinated people to protect the unvaccinated. Not exactly the same script, but similar tactics. At this point the media can just invent any narrative they are told too.

Short Summary so far:

Ms. Barbara had a revelation about her sons vaccine injury when she watched VACCINE ROULETTE - DPT DOCUMENTARY AIRED BY NBC (1982).

So who is this lady from Determined Parents Together (DPT) highlighted in the Vaccine Roulette Documentary? Three minute clip here pieced together of Marge:

Now I’m wondering where was Marge Grant and family around 1982? Why is the name of Marge & Barbara’s group so similar? Did they know each other? Why is there no hat tip from Barbara at least on the NVIC website if there is an association?

I get that Ms. Barbara may have taken some liberty to use a start date of 1982 for NVIC but it’s clear that name didn’t officially come into effect until at least 1986 based on documentary time stamps.

Here is a little more details of Scott Grants vaccine injuries:

On December 7, 1961, Scott received his final inoculation. At that time, Dr. Weatherhogg, Scott's treating pediatrician, recorded that Scott "now weigh [s] in the range of what a full term baby might weigh." However, because of Scott's irritability, Dr. Weatherhogg increased Scott's dosage of phenobarbital elixir.

Mrs. Grant testified that on the morning of December 8, 1961, Scott emitted an "unbelievable scream" for approximately five minutes. She picked up Scott and felt him "quivering." In detailed and thorough fact finding, the Claims Court discounted this testimony. In particular, the Claims Court noted that contemporaneous medical records did not corroborate Mrs. Grant's account. These records report nothing about a scream and place the first overt seizure ten days after administration of the vaccine.

Dr. Weatherhogg did not see Scott again until January 25, 1962. At that time, Dr. Weatherhogg noticed abnormalities in Scott's development. He diagnosed Scott as having an exaggerated moro reflex, hyperkinesia and headlag. Further tests diagnosed Scott as suffering from "infantile myoclonic seizures" and "hypsarrhythmia." Dr. Weatherhogg referred Scott to the Mayo Clinic for other tests.

At the Mayo Clinic, Scott's treating doctors were Drs. Keith and Millichap. These doctors diagnosed Scott with retardation in mental and motor development, visual impairment, and infantile spasms or myoclonic jerks with atypical hypsarrhythmia. Dr. Millichap recommended treatment with adrenocorticotropic hormone. This therapy was completed March 1, 1962. After the treatment, the seizures ceased. After a second treatment Scott suffered a permanent spastic diplegia rendering him fully dependent on his parents. At the time of this suit, Scott was in his thirties.

What the heck? How long has DPT been an issue and why hasn’t Parke-Davis been mentioned as they were the manufactures of the Quadrigen vaccine (polio included)?

I’m not endorsing Greg Wyatt’s assertions but I definitely have nothing more to lose by presenting his information. Let’s just say he’s not a big fan of the BigTree and I’ve probably dashed my hopes of ever coming on the Highwire show and explaining how VAERS has been running cover for Big Pharma since day 1. This I’m certain of now. Oh well, I’m not beholden to anyone except Jesus and the truth. Let’s just put it this way, I won’t take blood money even if they tell me there is no strings attached and I can even use it against the very principalities I’m battling with and the very ones that want to give it to me. Where have I heard this before? Barbara Loe Fisher is still on my bucket list to meet one day. I’d love to look straight in her eyes and ask her what I want to ask her. I’ll know the truth. So I bought the book to see if Greg Wyatt’s assertions were true about Barbara Loe Fisher and NVIC? Yikes! They look to be true. In all fairness to Ms. Barbara, the politicos “gutted” the original version through amendments after the ACT was passed or before it was about to pass as she states. More to follow, or I should say more will be revealed…
