Have you investigated the general topic of lot numbers which only have 5 characters?
E.g. SDCH8 has nearly 500 AEs in foreign VAERS, but it looks like 5 character lot numbers are not even valid, according to the expiration date checker tool - although it looks like the tool is only for the US, so I am not sure.
FL007 could have any digit missing at a number of positions.
