Small math problem, I said nine others died in 2021 but it was actually seven others, the other two died in Jan & Feb of 2022 but you get the picture….

There is so much bullshit going on in VAERS I just don’t have the time to spoon feed. what I really want to re-iterate is this 1986 liability protection act. I shared a recent article where I asked Jeff Childers and Steve Kirsch basically about the fraud going on in VAERS and if fraud could somehow repeal the manufacturers liability. The short answer was not necessarily a no, but it wasn’t a easy answer yes either, see HERE.

I was listening to the two lawyer guys Stephen Scher and Bradford L. Geyer yesterday on MDCE HERE and something that Bradford said stuck with me. These are the guys who just filed the Remdesivir class action suit in Shasta County. Bradford said, “In times of seemingly impossible odds, nobody believes in the possibility until it happens!”

With that I think there is a thin spot in this 1986 ACT liability armor that I want to bang away at until it cracks!

I read these two sections to mean that the Secretary of Health and pharma puppet (Xavier “Jorge” Becerra) has an obligation to assure improvements and promote developments in adverse reaction reporting aka VAERS. Historical data proves the “data” has gotten exponentially worse as in the throttling, the deletions, the blank data fields when info is clearly documented in summary narrative. Common man! We know and you can plainly see in the data, VAERS is running cover on all the deaths and injuries! Shhhhhit, VAERS does not even publish all legitimate reports received and deletes dead trail patients, just ask Bobby Kennedy.

I allege FAILURE on behalf of Jorge Becerra to perform his duty! I officially pull his Mexican card, and you’re fired! If he’s Puerto Rican, I’m pulling that card too, you can go live with the Taliban. Jorge is just a puppet, I want the master of puppets, but this is a good start! No que no?
