I’m trying everything I can and circling the walls of Jericho with this evil cabal. I’m looking for cracks in their armor. It was Dr. David Martin who I first heard say that this 1986 ACT obligates them to reasonably and properly maintain this pharmacovigilance tool we now know as VAERS.

Attached is copy of the 1986 ACT, but I’ve also found another seemingly original version on congress.gov HERE that I will be refencing.

Ya’ll know I’m not a legal beagle, but I’m trying to understand this document best I can. There is much terminology and stuff I don’t understand but one thing that stands out to me is it keeps saying “civil” and talking about manufacturer’s obligations and responsibilities, but the manufacturer is not obligated to maintain VAERS? Like a Simpleton, I’m looking for the obligations the government has to maintain VAERS aka the CDC/FDA obligations? I also keep seeing the word “Secretary” so I guess in todays parlance we are talking about HHS Secretary Alex Azar. I’m just going to roll with what I found and hopefully ya’ll can follow along and someone can help me out if I’m falling off track…

This section 300aa-22 was something that jumped out at me thanks to taking in all Sasha Laypova’s info among others. I don’t think the vaccines were properly prepared, unless it’s a word salad and it is construed that the vaccines were prepared to be a slow kill de-pop shot? In that case it was properly prepared.

300aa-22-(b)(2B) “Manufacturer failed to exercise due care” sounds promising but when Brook Jackson had Pfizer pinned down at the O.K. Corral the truth came out… “Not our fault judge, the government made us do it!”.

300aa-23 (d)(2A) No Punitive damages UNLESS manufacturer engaged in FRAUD. BINGO!!! Wrongful withholding of info… during the trial phase? Dang are we back in Brook Jackson territory? What is section 262?

300aa-23 (d)(2B) Yes! Yes! Yes! Intentional and wrongful withholding of info AFTER approval. I know some this to be “throttling” aka purposeful delay of submitting reports to VAERS and VAERS throttle the publication of these reports! You may have 50 ways to leave your lover, but I have 50 ways CDC/FDA is committing FRAUD on VAERS. I’m always talking about these forms of fraud.

300aa-23 (d)(2C) Other criminal or illegal activity. BINGO!! This is great but again, I think this means criminal activity of the manufacturer? What about the government via the CDC and FDA?
