It’s still Father’s Day so Happy Father’s Day to all fathers especially to my Dad in Mexico City. Feliz Cumpleanos tambien! It’s also my Dad’s birthday today too as luck would have it.
It was a good weekend with Reinette, Alix, Mish and the Menlo Park gang!
I’ve spoken here twice myself. I love this forum because it’s so small and quaint. The forum doesn’t formally publish the presentation, but so long as you are respectful of privacy and confidentiality and get permission when applicable, little snippets of presentations can be released. It’s bitter sweet that hundreds or thousands of people don’t come to the forum, but Robert Mish the forum’s fearless leader wouldn’t mind if you did. Contact me if you want on to the emailing list and I’ll pass your info onto Robert.
Robert was so kind to invite me to a little “group” lunch at this cool little bistro nearby and as luck would have it again, I got to sit next Alix and Mish. Alix to right and Mish to left of me, how cool is that? It reminded me of that song, although in the exact opposite, the Stealers Wheel song Stuck In The Middle With You. It was all so surreal and in the best way possible!
If you ever get a chance to slum it in Menlo Park or even at the forum you’ll have Stanford and MIT grads galore along with other high intellectuals. Mish’s gang are the “good” ones. As if just hanging with these folks didn’t pay for itself, the absolute best part for me was meeting Fred. Fred is a very sharp, kind and feisty retired Jewish lawyer who I would say is very accomplished and probably very well connected. I couldn’t get enough of Fred, his back story was amazing! I want to respect Fred’s anonymity and according to him, his wife says she hopes he doesn’t get in trouble one day for his feistiness. He is one cool feisty little chili pepper and I can tell he’s a lot of fun. If you ever see a little feisty Jewish guy wearing a pink polo shirt getting into trouble on the streets of Menlo Park, it probably will be Fred! lol We exchanged numbers and a promise that we’d meet for some Mexican food. I’m researching for the best around here, I wish my parents Maverick’s Mexican Seafood Grill was still open in Willow Glen, that was the best! Shrimp chimichangas was my go to, I would stuff mahi mahi in the chimi often.
So Fred was a patent lawyer and in his early days he worked at “the” patent office and he said he was the first guy looking over and approving one of the first patents for “vaxinia” or something like that back in the early eighties. He explained how it was back in those days when it was just these four people considered “patent experts” on this subject matter of which he was one. He was talking about “factor 8” and technical stuff and I asked if that was the same as factor VIII Leiden, because I saw that all the time running Hunter Labs billing department for 10 years. Just little cool stuff like that, I don’t know what factor 8 Leiden really does or how it fits in the big picture, but I know all the Tier 3 gene mutation CPT’s (Common Procedural Terminology) from the code book for billing purposes. He was blowing Alix’s mind away and mine too, both understanding that we were getting a personal history lesson.
Fred’s wife who wasn’t in attendance, is worth mentioning as well because she also was a biologist type and I think she might have a couple patents of her own having worked in the pharma space as well back in the day? So you can see how this whole “vaccine” scam would interest Fred so deeply. I can’t wait to take you down the rabbit hole with me Fred! I’m going to walk you back to Plato, then back to Genesis 6, then to Gensis 1, although being the good Jewish man you are, you probably knows all this stuff already.
The payoff I got from the lunch was Fred’s story about Everett Alvarez, Jr. and here. I can’t say that I knew Everett’s Story, but I have seen his name around and on some buildings. Listening to Fred I couldn’t wait to research Everett, but Fred said I kind of reminded him of Everett. You see Everett was a law school buddy of Fred’s. Everett also went to Santa Clara University while I took the more beaten path to Chico State, I did go to Santa Clara High School though. lol I know Everett was invoked in Fred’s mind for the obvious parallels and similarities like a Mexican from Santa Clara, but I hope Everett was invoked in Fred for the internal fortitude he saw in “us”. Fred gave the table Everett’s Cliff Notes story, POW eight years, comes back, Nixon, kids, Everett does amazing things and still is on this earth. His adult son finally asks him a serious question about internal fortitude and grace and stuff like that. Everett tells his son, see kid my first wife gave me a “Dear John” letter while a P.O.W., she got remarried and that was that. Everett comes back gets remarried has the son who asked him the question. Everett is eternally grateful to God, because if it wasn’t for being P.O.W. and his first wife divorcing him he would have never met his second wife, and therefore would have never had the great son he has! Happy Father’s Day everyone. Fred and all Fred’s stories was the gift God gave me this weekend. Thanks for the invite Robert Mish!
Here is a little peek into my heritage, this is the Head Eagle today:
Not thread bombing, but wanted to post this comment from my substack, that I repost here, in case you weren't aware - apologies if you are aware.

Wasn't aware of all of it.
By the way, here's something tricky to understand and it came to mind as I was taking another look at those ...
Of the 55 DIED reports, they were all given VAERS_IDs higher than the highest from the week before, all reported during that week. (the CDC RECVDATE's can be trusted hopefully). HOWEVER only 6 of the 55 were reported in the latest week as expected, their DATE_DIED is prior, and all the way back to 02/06/2021. Nine from 2021, ten from 2022, fourteen from 2023 before the week, and the six other 2023 are in the week being reported (the expected case).
I think it most likely means that people are newly finding out about VAERS and deciding to go through the arduous process of reporting on a death that occurred in the past. They are assigned new VAERS_IDs higher than the previous week.
My code only marks reports as Delayed in the status column when their VAERS_IDs are filling in a previous gap. It dawned on me that my word "Delayed" is a misnomer. I liked it because it is shorter than Throttled.
I could address it maybe with a new term, something like Reported_late, although I think that might apply to the majority of all reports. Even died Thursday and not reported until Monday.
But like this one for example as an extreme:
https://medalerts.org/vaersdb/findfield.php?IDNUMBER=2639448&WAYBACKHISTORY=ON
Onset: 2020-12-23
Entered: 2021-01-22
First Appeared on 6/9/2023 two and half years later
For now, think of my status "Delayed" as VAERS_ID_Gap_Fill. Seems most all reports are delayed, to some degree by the reporter so I guess it could partly be a sign of people awakening.
Thanks, good to know the resource is noticed.
Wonder if there's a way to find out what reporting rate change has occurred in those 31 countries purged: https://deepdots.substack.com/p/countries-hit-in-the-vaers-11-11
