Based on various combinations of clues available I could morally deduce and add 3-4 to this list in front of you now, but who is splitting hairs? I think I mentioned before there are two types of throttling going on, but like all good cons there is a shimmy-sham usually taking place right under your nose.

First Type- the harder throttle job to identify is the delay in which a hospital or SNF takes to submit a report TO VAERS. For which I present to you now a new champion from Maryland in this category, I’m calling him Mr. 783…, but he’s really Mr. 772 or the delay it took the SNF to get the report to VAERS!?

Isn’t there some kind of obligation to submit SAE’s in a timely manner? Of course there is, that’s rhetorical. When you get good at filing reports, you could file one and submit a report in about ten minutes. I’ve filled out two reports myself, and have been submitting insurance claims for a couple decades. I could teach a young file clerk and entrust them to file reports, and they’d probably do it faster than me, because they are young! Ctl “C” Ctl “V” atl tab, repeat. I could have submitted this skimpy report in 9 mins and I’ll take the Pepsi challenge with anyone. I challenge Kirsch to a bet! lol

Second Type- Is the traditional throttle job where CDC/FDA/General Dynamics finds a submitted report underneath the “in-basket” that sits on top of the shedder machine. By my chicken bones and tea leaves tell me it took them ~740 days to recognize, identify and correct the error of their ways? What happened to rigorous and thorough authentication in the first place? Hold on to it for an extra week in the beginning and do your job well. I know we have to play stupid, but shouldn’t there be some algorithms to help spot a (Died?) box was not checked off? Where the heck was General Dynamics? Didn’t they say they caught up on the backlog? Pooter! Quit booshitting me. Hire me and fire three! I could bring my crew in and really start slapping lips! I’d bring in Hawk, ChaChi from Bengaluru, Ben from US Mortality, Fabian from PerVAERS and couple other SQL and MS Excel VIP’s, I’d ask J Rose if she wanted to come in and measure for prions, Creutzfeldt-Jakob, Kawasaki’s or MIS-C. I’d bring in OPENVAET so I can do my Pepe Le Pew. Who we kidding GDIT and CDC and HHS do all this on purpose, it’s not rocket science as they say. If MasterCard and Visa and keep track of every nickel, surely VAERS isn’t this complicated?
